I have to say that that I am a complete whimp when it comes to mouth pain /discomfort at any degree! I needed to have a root canal - Crown procedure with Dr. Alex and I was so hesitant that I was sweating when I got into the chair. He gave a few painless injections and my mouth started to feel numb but not completely, I told him what I was feeling and he quickly identified the reason and explained to me why I was still feeling discomfort. He patiently injected the area again told me to sit tight for a few minutes, he even played a video for me so I would be come familiar with the procedure. Within a few minutes I was unable to feel the area and he performed the root canal, without any pain or discomfort. Later that day to my surprise, I had very little pain in the area and by the next day I had no pain at all. I could not believe that two days prior I had such intense pain I was on the floor in my business screaming in pain and wailing for relief. The visits that proceeded the first visit were quick, simple and pain free. I got my permanent crown today, feels pretty good and looks just like my other teeth. Dr's Bokser are the best dental team in NYC. I recently had a cavity under a crown which probably under normal circumstances would have to be extracted. Dr. A. Bokser is godsend and a magician. He was able to repair the the tooth painlessly and without the need of an extraction and the need of an implant. I would recommend them for those seeking the best dental care. They are absolutely amazing.

I visited Dr. Irene Bokser for a gums issue. She immediately realized one of my teeth was not looking right. We took some X-rays, discussed my previous care, future care and steps to getting my oral health back on track. We are now in the process of solving several issues. Dr. Bokser is knowledgeable and professional. She has great bedside manners and took the time to kindly explain the steps of the process. The office is clean and neat. Staff is welcoming, polite and attentive to your needs. I am glad to have found this dental office.

Dr Bokser and their staff are incredible. Patient, compassionate and obviously extraordinary dentists and periodontics. Highly recommend and a shout out to the hygienist, Catarina, thorough yet gentle and painless! Thank you.

I have had 2 dental implants done by Irene Bokser, DDS and have nothing but praise for her. She is very gentle and precise. She is down to earth and has a great bedside manner with a great sense of humor. She explains everything clearly and breaks down all the prices. Her staff has always been helpful and responsive to my inquires. I would recommend her office to my friends and family. Thank you for taking care of my teeth : )
